During the Tang dynasty, Chang’an was one of the largest cities in the world. It was a cosmopolitan urban center with thousands of travellers exploring it. Smell its aromas, discover its streets, find our new ways of living and whole new culture…

Chang’an is an engine building and resource management card game where players as important urbanists, will carefully project their plans by placing cards on the top part of their persona boards and to produce resources. Then they will move their cards into the city districts to build amazing buildings and to welcome influential characters on the neighborhood in order to improve the commercial, military, scientific civil, and political fields of Chang’an, Combo systems and game variability are important features in Chang’an.

Components: 90 City cards (18 cards each type), 4 City boards, 1 Scorepad, 1 Jade dragon toke (first player marker), 20 Coins, 20 Wheat tokens, 20 Wood tokens, 20 Stone tokens, 11 Automata cards, 18 City Cards (Silk Road, Brown cards), 12 Silk tokens, 4 Silk Road boards, 5 Hanfu tokens (with values 5-4-4-3-3), 1 wooden Empress pawn, 20 Progress cards (4 copies per type), 10 Events cards (2 copies per Event), 10 Decree tiles.
